Overall, everything was great, we did find that we needed better written instruction using tanks. We had some difficulties with missing parts when we picked up our trailer, and staffing was low. We were looking for an Artic Fox bumper pull last fall, 2016, and visited their lot looking for a used Artic Fox trailer. With help from Quentin Eakins, we picked a used 2012 Artic Fox that had a few minor fixes
