We had previously delt with RV Northwest in the Spokane Valley and had a good experience. We were looking for an Artic Fox bumper pull last fall, 2016, and visited their lot looking for a used Artic Fox trailer. With help from Quentin Eakins, we picked a used 2012 Artic Fox that had a few minor fixes required.
The negations regarding price and repairs were easy and almost pleasant. When we picked up the unit, we were very surprised with the additional work and repairs that had been done at no charge. If we have trailer needs in the future, we will definitely return to RV Northwest and Quentin. - John

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying a Class A Motorhome about a month ago from RVs Northwest and had the absolutely best experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the best customer service. We felt welcomed and were treated with respect by everyone we came into contact with. Such an amazing group of people that work there. Our salesman Quentin was the nicest salesman we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He is so down to earth and kind but at the same time very knowledgeable. We knew from the first time we met him that we wanted to deal with him only and that if we knew anyone else that wanted to buy an RV, that he would be the person we would send them to. The team of people that we worked with were amazing. They did everything they could to get us into the motorhome we wanted. They took their time with us and we appreciated that so very much. Thank you to the owner Jason, our salesman Quentin and Shawn in the finance department, you guys are awesome!!! It was a pleasure meeting each one of you. Thank you for everything you did for us. On our first visit, Pat patiently showed us several trailers even though we weren't quite ready to buy. There was no pressure at all, just a polite "let me know when you are ready". Overall, everything was great, we did find that we needed better written instruction using tanks. We had some difficulties with missing parts when we picked up our trailer, and staffing was low. The trailer itself was in great shape, and they were super helpful when we got a flat tire. Trailer drop-off was easy too. I will definitely rent from them again if the need arises. - Anonymous
My husband and I visited RVs Northwest this spring due to a posting of one of their used trailers. We ended up purchasing a different used travel trailer, a 2006 Keystone Cougar. We are not only very happy with our purchase but had a very satisfying and pleasant buying experience with all of the staff from the salespeople to the young man that gave us our walk through when we picked it up.
We also had the opportunity to take advantage of a new product: EcoRVPro that is applied to both the inside and outside of the RV. Inside it protects from molds (helps with my asthma), microbes and stains. On the outside it protects our finish from the elements. We are SO glad we had this done. The inside of our trailer has a good clean smell and doesn't smell like it has ever been used. This is a service we will continue to take advantage of.

We live in Renton and had put a down payment on an Arctic Fox 25W in the area. The one they had wasn't exactly what we wanted. As soon as I returned home, I started looking on the internet for a 25W. RVs NW had a 2017 listed but when I called, they had already sold it at the Spokane RV show. Our salesperson told me that they had 3 more coming in and 2 where exactly what we were looking for. When we started talking price, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Even though they are in Spokane they deal was $5,000.00 less than any deal we could find in our area. We did online financing with them. When we took possession of our new trailer, they had prepped it and then took as long as we needed explaining how the trailer worked, our first trailer. From there we went into financing and everything was ready, and we just had to sign. They showed us a few accessories we might need, clear drainpipe elbow so that we could see when the tank was clean. We had decided to stop and spend a couple of days/nights at Mardon near Moses Lake. Once there we had a few questions and whenever we called them no matter who answered they had an answer for our questions, even if they had to research it and call us back. The trailer is great, and we are enjoying it. The people at RVs NW are personable, knowledgeable and have great customer satisfaction skill sets. Our experience was great, thank you RVs NW. - David
We are in the market for an upgrade. We are not ready to purchase just yet. We are looking for our perfect match. I was very happy to be able to talk with very knowledgeable people that helped us find exactly what we are wanting. We explained what we do and what we were looking for. We started out across the street and after leaving there with a bitter taste of the typical car salesman run around, we found RVs northwest and couldn't be happier! Jesse was so awesome! Just purchased a new 2024 Arctic Fox 1140. What a great experience we had working with all of them. Dan our salesman was very responsive, had great communication, answered all of our questions and no pressure. John in service did a great job walking us through the camper, helped us with the fast guns and getting the camper on our truck. Kurt who did all our paperwork was fast, efficient and friendly.
